Propping up My Running Routine

I have been running, to lose weight, everyday for over two months.

During the first half month, I run 15 laps per day around the circle within the village. It was fine because I feel great and the weight lost some.

During the second half month, I increased to 18 laps a day. As expected, the weight decreased a little bit.

Then I increased to 20 laps. 5 kg has been lost ever since, which was great.

But one week past, nothing more happened. So I realized that I should not rest on my past laurel. So I came to run for 22 laps and tried to increase my speed. A week later, I found that I was one kilogram less, which made me happy.

But today, another week later, I found that my weight became the same level as a week before.

So today, I change the way I run everyday. I run really fast until I became tired. Then I stop to walk while resting. And then sprint again for 2 or 3 laps.

I don't know if this will work. But I sweated a lot more than before. This was from one of my friends who I met with during the earlier years of my working life. He was once a defender at the basketball team of his university.

Anyway, losing weight is a process of trial and error. Let's see if it works in two weeks.
